Started a new training plan tonight and all I can say is OMG this is very different!! Started out with 5x4 squats at 220 then moved into eccentric squats for 6 second descent at 165 lbs—made my legs BURN! And then had to turn right around and superset with 40 lb db squat jumps….awesome way to train tonight. Whew! Absolutely loved it! πŸ’ͺ #powerlifting #tnation #squats #likeagirl #strongisbeautiful

Balanced Hydration

I received Nutriforce’s Balanced Hydration as part of a prize package for coming in second in the Superfit DC CrossFit competition recently. Normally I wouldn’t buy a hydration supplement as I tend to drink enough water throughout the day to stay hydrated. However, after receiving this one for free, it made me reconsider.
