Messing around this morning and decided to try out #overheadsquats! First time trying this weight in a long time! Looks like I need to start adding some behind-the-neck presses. 125# not too shabby for a first attempt! 😉 btw, see me check out my hand at the end? This morning, I had an awesome time with my conditioning training. You don’t hear me speaking much about “loving cardio,” but for some reason, I just had FUN this morning. Here’s what I did, courtesy of Outlaw training:

Fun at the gym this morning!!! I usually stick to heavy lifting but it’s been a long time since I had this much fun with conditioning! Wod 1: 500m row, 100 dbu, 800m run. Wod 2: 30 burpee box jump overs, 30 front squats at 135, 30 burpee box jump overs. Then I played on the bar—haha 😁 Oh and to top it all off, I got my new @dcbrawlers tank too!!! #sweatyandhappy #endorphins #wod #crossfit #run #row #doubleunders #burpee #boxjumps #frontsquats #girlswholift #likeagirl #brawlout
