Today was a #squat and #deadlift day which means I was in heaven at the gym!! Here’s a set of 10 front squats at 175, after a set of 12 at 125 and then did a set of 3 at 205. 👊😜 worked on 7x5 deadlift at 230 and then DL holds at 335 to help train this freakin’ crappy grip of mine. 😖 overall, good day. 😁 #powerlift #likeagirl #strongisbeautiful

Awesome day so far. Took a vacay day to relax and get some things done! Slept in, walked the dogs, cleaned a few rooms, sitting down to lunch now, lifting after, and more cleaning later before heading out of town.
