This is such an exciting day for me! Well, for a lot of people, honestly. Today (Tuesday 8/26) is the very first home match for the DC Brawlers!  If you’ve not yet looked into GRID racing, you MUST! It’s a lot of the movements we do every day in the gym…and a lot that we don’t…taken to a professional level! It’s so freaking fun to watch!

I’m adding steak to this “7-superfood-blend” and lunches for the week are DONE. First hot vinyasa yoga at #hotyogaharrisonburg with one of my bootcampers and @reaganbeasley, and then a benchmark wod “Jackie” : 1000m row, 50 thrusters (45#) and 30 pullups. Best part? I got to do this one with #strongfigure #athleteambassador @robadamire and @lgarcia_xo !! AND not only did Rob do 115# thrusters but he just ran the #spartanbeast yesterday at Wintergreen!! #rockstar #beastmode #lovemystrongfigurecommunity
