I love #squatting and #powerlifting my new belt from #boxstalker. My shoulder started bothering me today so I did what I do best: squat. 10x3 @ 220. I had a blast lifting today for two reasons: 1) my workout was nothing but a crap load of #squats and 2) the people! 👊 
Accomplished 7x5 squats at 210 lbs and then 50 squat cleans @ 95# thanks to today’s workout. My kind of day!!!! Thanks for coaching @kunkleben96 and @quodomine! #squatcleans #crossfit #powerlift #girlswhopowerlift #likeagirl #strongisbeautiful  #ifreakinglovesquats
